   Reservation Information
  • A deposit of half your stay is required upon reservation.  The remaining balance will be due May 1st or 30 days prior to your arrival (whichever is earlier).
     

  • After May 1st, any reservations made will require full payment.
     

  • Prices listed do not include sales tax. There will be an additional $85 cleaning fee and tax added to each stay. We provide clean linens, but please bring your own towels. 

 

  •  Payment can be made by check or credit card. There is a 3% transaction fee on cards. A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your deposit and/or full payment.

 

  • Additional persons:  There is a $20/day per person over what the rate is based on. We reserve the right to charge up to $20/day for day visitors, dependant on facility usage.  Advance notice of expected guests is required.
     

  • We reserve the right to limit the number of persons and guests per cabin.  Please see cabin pages for maximum occupancy numbers.

  • Pets.  We only allow pets in Cabins 1 and 7. Advanced registration is required with no aggressive breeds allowed.  There is a $20 per day per pet fee (max 2).

 

  • One dock space per cabin is included with your week stay.  Additional dock space is $10/day.  Jet skis are treated as 1 dock space. 

 

  • All guests and visitors must register at the time of their arrival.

- Cancellation Policy - 

  • Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. The request to cancel your booking must be made in writing.
     

  • -Check-in time: 4pm Check-out time: 10am

    • ​Please allow us ample time to ensure your cabin is properly cleaned. In some instances, early check in can be accommodated, but MUST be arranged prior to your reservation.
