Reservation Information

A deposit of half your stay is required upon reservation. The remaining balance will be due May 1st or 30 days prior to your arrival (whichever is earlier).

After May 1st, any reservations made will require full payment.

Prices listed do not include sales tax. There will be an additional $85 cleaning fee and tax added to each stay. We provide clean linens, but please bring your own towels.

Payment can be made by check or credit card. There is a 3% transaction fee on cards. A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your deposit and/or full payment.

Additional persons: There is a $20/day per person over what the rate is based on. We reserve the right to charge up to $20/day for day visitors, dependant on facility usage. Advance notice of expected guests is required.

We reserve the right to limit the number of persons and guests per cabin. Please see cabin pages for maximum occupancy numbers.

Pets. We only allow pets in Cabins 1 and 7. Advanced registration is required with no aggressive breeds allowed. There is a $20 per day per pet fee (max 2).

One dock space per cabin is included with your week stay. Additional dock space is $10/day. Jet skis are treated as 1 dock space.

All guests and visitors must register at the time of their arrival.

- Cancellation Policy -

Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. The request to cancel your booking must be made in writing.

​Please allow us ample time to ensure your cabin is properly cleaned. In some instances, early check in can be accommodated, but MUST be arranged prior to your reservation.
